He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Seo and Colombo Seo (Melchiari); his wife Marian Seo; his daughter Debra Seo; and his sisters, Anna Seo and Angelina Slattery.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Seo (Johanna) and Kathy Perchak (Joe). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
