She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Maurer and Lois Maurer (Heckrote); and her brothers, Allen and Daryl Maurer. She is survived by: her children, Shalyn Blankenship (Jeffery Lowell) and Anthony Palermo; and her siblings, Marilyn Filozof (Raymond), Donna Maurer, Joan Maurer (Ed Turner) and Frederick Maurer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Krapf & Hughes Funeral Home – Crematory (530 W Butler Dr, Drums, PA 18222). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
