She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Green and Doretta Green (VanBlargen); her husband Richard; her son Russell R. Welch; and her siblings, Evelyn Welsh and Harry Green.
She is survived by: her son Steven Welch (Donna); and her grandchildren, Ricky, Patrick, Heather and Tiffany. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
