She was predeceased by: her son Michael E. Provanzo; her sister Lucy Stecker; her grandparents, Lucy Penkala, Henry Penkala, Carmen Provanzo and Irene Provanzo; and her brother-in-law Carmen Provanzo Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, Joey, Giovanni, Provanzo Painting, Construction and Powder Coating; her husband Joe Provanzo of Drums; her mother Carmella Stecker of Hazleton; her sister Mary Rose Mazur (Walter) of Freeland, PA; her grandchildren, Gianna Provanzo, Trinity Provanzo, Carmen Provanzo and Cecelia Provanzo; and also, Moms of Cherished Angels, Joey Provanzo (Alysia) and Giovanni Provanzo of Drums, PA..
