She was predeceased by: her parents, William Troutman and Ruth Troutman (Walker); and her husband William G. Buggy. She is survived by: her children, William G. Buggy, Jr., Richard Buggy (Yvonne), Erlenbach, Switzerland and Jill Nettles (Scott); her brother William Troutman (Jane); and her caregiver Jill Troutman. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
