He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Bellezza; and his siblings, Anthony Susi, Anna Fallabel and Mary Green. He is survived by: his sons, Rocco Susi (Patricia), Hazleton Jr and John Susi Jr.; his wife Donna of Doylestown; his grandchildren, Daniel, Vinny, Angela Susi and Melanie Lafferty (Mike); his great grandchildren, Gianna, Fiona and Gwendolyn; his stepgrandchildren, Madison and Tyler; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Mason and Magdalena.
