He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Braziell and Esther Braziell (Lehr). He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Dembroski; his siblings, Edwin Braziell and Fay Unger; his wife Shirley Braziell (Stitzer); his daughters, Pam Ferrence (Mark), Hazle Twp and Renee Kokinda (Richard); his son-in-law Maurice Dembroski; his grandchildren, Jerrod, Ashleigh, Cody, Jamie, Jocelyn, Jimmy, Jesse, Ethan, Justine, Chelsea, Kevin, Tyler, Tray and Cheyenne; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Jayden, Cecelia, Jaxon, Elijah, Jayke, Maddox, Mason, Zola, Jade and Bo.

Memorial donations in Jerry's name can be made to the Hazleton Animal Shelter, PO Box 481, Hazleton, PA 18201.
