With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Formica of Hazleton, Pennsylvania, born in Tresckow, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 4, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Davidovich and AnnaLee Davidovich. She is survived by: her husband Dominic Formica; her son Dominic (Jamie); her granddaughters, Paige and Madison of Nescopeck; and her siblings, Michael Davidovich (Maryann) of Tresckow, Larry Davidovich (Denise) of Tresckow, Carol Mraz (Francis) of Treskow, Elaine Formica (Anthony) of Hazleton, Michele Klesh (Michael) of McAdoo, Pauleta Holloway of Hometown, Teresa Kasarda of Tresckow and Diane Hess of Hometown. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and some Cousins.
Aunt's Pauline King of NC, Lula Mae Wright of NC, Linda Frances Jones of NC, and many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and some Cousins Living in Florida. ue to current issues and restrictions of COVID-19, the family is not scheduling services for Janet at this time.
