Startzel Sr. (Hazleton, Pennsylvania), born in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 16, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Catherine Startzel; his parent Earl Startzel; his son Brian Startzel; his grandchildren, Cassidy Startzel and Baby Girl Schock; and his siblings, Lois, Earl Jr., Judy, Eleanor and Teddy.
He is survived by: his parent Phena Startzel; his children, Susan Startzel (Charlene) of Tamaqua, Howard Startzel Jr. (Donna) of Tamaqua, Cathy Balliet of Tamaqua, Tammy Schock (Milton) of Tamaqua and Scott Startzel (Sharon) of Tamaqua; and his brother Lester Startzel of Hazleton, PA.
