She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lumia and Jessie Lumia (Buttaci); and her siblings, Carmella Kudey, Genevieve Lumia, Santo Lumia, Charles Lumia and Joseph Lumia.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph Veach; her son Joseph Veach Jr.; and her sisters, Phyllis Mantione and Annie Lombardo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
