He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Mazurick; and his sister-in-law Joan Grega. He is survived by: his children, Alexandra E. Fedorko (Thomas) of Drums and Ryan A. Grega of Nesquehoning; his grandchildren, Gavin M. Grega, Alexander T. Fedorko, Zackariah A. Fedorko and Benjamin P. Fedorko; his pets, Kozmo and Floyd; his siblings, Jane Seamon (Donald) of Jeddo, Mary Anne Lynn (late Ronald) of Hazleton, Gerald A. Grega of Hazle Township, John Grega (Christine) of Freeland and Thomas Grega (Nancy) of Hazle Township; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Mazurick of Beaver Meadows, Earl Faust (Kim) of Hazleton, Janet Guydish (late Ronald) of Hazle Township and Deborah Yakuboski (Eli) of Hazleton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
