He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Fagan Bootes. He is survived by: his father Ronald C. Bootes, Sr.; his sons, Randall "Randy" E. Bootes, Jr. (Krista) of Smethport and Joseph A. Bootes of Hazel Hurst; his grandchildren, Brysen, Brylar, Aubree Bootes and Oaklee Barr; his girlfriend Traci Hanscom of Bellefonte, PA; his girlfriend's son Brock Hanscom; and his siblings, Ruby L. Morosky, Pamela J. Swiatek, Rebecca L. Bootes, Robert R. Hill, Ronald "Charlie" Bootes, Jr., Richard J. Bootes and Rodney P. Bootes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
