It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Moffett of Hazel Hurst, Pennsylvania, born in New York, New York, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George King Moffett II and Helen Honan Moffett; his wife Diana Jordan Moffett; and his brother George King Moffett III. He is survived by: his close friend Leo; his daughter Leslie Helen Moffett of Olean, NY; his brother John Honan Moffett of Mt. Jewett; his granddaughter Selena C. Clemons of Olean, NY.; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Moffett Hooks, Cathy Moffett Kirk of Florida, John Honan Moffett Jr. of Florida and Michael Patrick Moffett of Virginia. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
