He was predeceased by: his parents, Darl D. Dovenspike and Iola Dovenspike (Bashline); and his siblings, Lon Dovenspike and Barbara Michel. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Dovenspike (Simpson); his sons, Eric Dovenspike and Hans Dovenspike (Tricia); and his grandchildren, Emma and Aaron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial donations may be made in honor of Keith to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
