He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry T. Thomas and Leona M. Thomas (Winters); and his sisters, Janet and Wilma. He is survived by: his children, Denise, Donna, Debra, Daniel, David and Douglas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
The family requests that anyone who wishes to donate in his honor, give to the American Cancer Society as he was a cancer survivor.
