He was predeceased by: his parents, William Claude and Betty Anna Roy (Hill); his former wife Sherri Lee Roy; and his granddaughter Ashley Roy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ludwig; his sons, William Otto Roy, Jr. and Joseph Peter Roy; and his stepsons, Daniel Chapola and Luke Chapola.
