He is survived by: his parents, William Bennett Elswick and Denise Magnotta; his stepfather Paul Magnotta; his sisters, Shannon and Andrea; and also, William Ty Elswick, Lee Evan Elswick and Zane Bennett Elswick.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lee's memory may be made to the Eastern PA chapter of the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116.
