He is survived by: his parent Margaret Uzupes (Smith); his wife Barbara Ann Therese Uzupes (McConnell); his children, Vanessa Uzupes (Mark Owens), Lisa Slish (Michael), Cheryl Podhany, Jerry Reyes, Carin Podhany, August Opalek and Vinson Uzupes; his brother Edward Uzupes (Lucia); his grandchildren, Emma Uzupes Owens, Nathan Owens, Taylor, Ava, Faith Slish, Kaitlyn Roman, Matthew, Evan, Jacob Reyes, Gianna Opalek and Nicholas Opalek; his nieces, Michelle Uzupes and Kristine Carroll (A. J.); and his great-nieces, Chayni Uzupes and Rhayni Uzupes.
