She was predeceased by: her husband Charles William Foster; her parents, James Joseph and Ellen Veronica Dowling (Doran); and her brother Malachy Dowling. She is survived by: her children, Charles Foster (Leslie) of Springfield, VA, Maureen Kelly (Kevin) of Hawley, Laura Rosengrant (Wayne) of Hawley, Greggory Foster (Marilyn) of Hawley, Jacquelyn Barna (Bob) of Waymart and Kelly Bethea (Davvon) of Woodland Hills, CA. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
