It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret O'Reilly of Hawley, Pennsylvania, born in Jackson Heights, New York, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCabe and Mary McCabe. She is survived by: her husband Leo O'Reilly II; her family Margaret; her children, Leo O'Reilly III (Ginny), Patricia O'Reilly-Philippen (Hans), Barbara Zimmerman (Craig) and Kathleen Hovey (Adam); her grandchildren, Leo IV, Mallory, Chloe, Dara, John, Megan, Sara and Annie; and her great grandchildren, Calvin and Penelope.

“My Aunt Margaret was a Beautiful gift to our family. I always felt her love even when I went to her house with young children dressed as a hippie and smoking cigars. Amazingly funny now. Her last few years have been hard for her. She was a story teller and she was loosing her words. However, all our recent conversations always ended with what a Beautiful life she had and how grateful she was. What a great gift she has given me. Forever a joy in my heart.”
