It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ellen Farella (Hawley, Pennsylvania), born in Goshen, New York, who passed away on May 12, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman B. Petak and Eleanor M. Petak (Niski). She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Farella; her children, Jennifer Diamond of Cornwall, NY and Christopher Diamond of Brooklyn, NY; her grandchildren, Jack, Evan and Ardsley McGorman; and her sister Lynn Baggott.
