She was predeceased by: her husband Donald F. Sullivan; her parents, Gerald Johnston and Lottie Ruth Johnston (Grimes); and her siblings, Geraldine Woll and Kenneth Johnston.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Sullivan (Gwen) of Gap, PA, Daniel Sullivan (Lisa) of Phoenixville, PA and Richard Sullivan (Judy) of Hawley, PA; her grandchildren, Jack, Molly, Emma, Owen, Victoria and Rebecca; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Liam, Finn, Carter, Abraham, Zephaniah, Solomon, John and Harper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joanne's memory to Ronald Mc Donald House in Danville, PA., and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
