She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Zelenski and Johanna Piraino Zelenski. She is survived by: her daughter Paige O'Hara (Dave) of Jefferson Twp; her grandson Tripp O'Hara; and her siblings, Ann Marie Zelenski (Sue Renfer) of Jefferson Twp, Beatrice Rosengrant (Jeff) of Lake Ariel, Rose Zelenski of Dunmore, Butch Zelenski (Lori) of Dunmore and Mike Zelenski of Dunmore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
