He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louise Marie (Van Sciver) and Joseph Bell of Bristol, PA.; his former wife Penelope Gilpin (Penny); his daughters, Donna Bell Murphy (Tim Dahlstrom) of Edmonds, WA and Rachel Bell-Hedgelon (Brian John Diehl Jr.) of Beach Lake, PA; and his brother Joseph Bell of South Euclid, OH. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
