She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Blasko; her parents, Frank Pavlik and Mary Pavlik (Virostek); and her siblings, Joseph, Irene, Frank, Steve, Anne, Albert, Edward, Elizabeth and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Sue (Andrew Morrison) of Wilmington, Delaware, Paul Blasko of New York, Monica (Don Wasilko) of Lock Haven and Thomas Blasko (Sharon) of Hawk Run; and her grandchildren, Rachel, Jacob Wasilko, Connor and Olivia Blasko.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition, 2397 Quentin Road, Lebanon, Pa 17042 or the Clearfield County SPCA, 275 21st.
