We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2019, at the age of 80, Judy M. Rice (Hawk Run, Pennsylvania), born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Dixon and Mary Dixon (Gearhart); her son Gregory J. Fetters, Sr.; her grandson Gregory J. Fetters, Jr.; and her sister Carol Gonder.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Sinclair (Rusty Green) of Bellefonte, Melanie Dickson (Gaylon) of Weatherly, Mark Fetters (Denise) of Philipsburg and James Rice, Jr. (Sandy Mays) of Milan, Ohio; her grandchildren, Brandy O'Hare (Bernie), Mark Fetters, Jr., Kaylee Fetters, Lucas Fetters, Michael Sinclair, Robert Sinclair, Steven Dickson (Josette), Courtney Dickson, Dylan Mays, Mariah Mays, Matthew Rice and Alyssa Rice; her great grandchildren, Finley, Cargan O'Hare, Tayla Dorbolo, Belle Dickson, Aubree and Breelyn Mays; her siblings, Joyce Cowfer of Osceola Mills, Linda Thomas (Ronald) of Houtzdale, Sanford Dixon (Betty) of Clearfield and James Dixon (Carolyn) of Lakeland, Florida; and her brother-in-law Merle Gonder. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
