It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Barnard of Hawk Run, Pennsylvania, born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy N. Barnard and Mildred L. Walters Barnard. He is survived by: his children, Heather Barnard of Donald, Salina Swancer (Ethan) and Dion Barnard (Morgan); his grandchildren, Gage Barnard, Marisa Barnard, Radlee Swancer, Araya Swancer and Baby Barnard; and his siblings, David Barnard, Michael Barnard, Debra Conway (Gregory) and Diane "Tess" McKinley (Shayne).
