He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fetcenko and Marion Fetcenko (Coval); and his daughter Susan M. Fetcenko. He is survived by: his children, JoAnne M. Whitehead (Bill) of Hawk Run and Jeffrey L. Fetcenko of Hawk Run.
