He is survived by: his wife Joy Flanigan; his children, Karen Thorp, Kathy Harrar (Scott), Carol Flanigan (Ed), Charles Flanigan and Elizabeth Foreman; his grandchildren, Colleen Conti (Robert), Alicia Badali (Thomas), Brooke Bulgarelli (Eric), William L. Flanigan Jr. (Anna), Ryan Flanigan, Cassandra Flanigan, Amy Davidson (Greg), David Flanigan, Casey Foreman, Paul Foreman Jr. and Brenna Foreman; his great grandchildren, Abigail Conti, Chloe Conti, Naomi Conti, Michaela Badali, William L. Flanigan III, Madison Badali and Leo Bulgarelli; and his siblings, Margaret Raab, Elizabeth Flanigan, Mary Jane Hahn and Matthew Flanigan.
