He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jack C. Bostwick and Barbara Stewart Russell; and his sister Betsy Bartos. He is survived by: his wife Jane Balch Bostwick; his daughter Kelly Lynn Bostwick; his siblings, Jeff Bostwick and Wendy Norman (Pete); his mother-in-law Dolinda Balch; his siblings-in-law, Holly Goodman, Susie Russo (Rick), Chris Balch (Monica) and Ricky Balch; and his goddaughters, Kate Goodman and Anna Russo. He is also survived by 7 nephews, 6 nieces, 3 grand-nieces and 3 grand-nephews.
