He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. and Mary A. Powers, Jr.; and his brothers, James F. Powers and William T. Powers, III. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Spadaro (Stephen) and Timmy Powers (Jacqueline); and his grandchildren, Kayla, Savannah, Gavin, Wyatt and Isabella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
