He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Storey and Mary Storey. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Connaughton Storey; his children, Kathleen Marie Storey (William Grodzicki), Eileen Patricia Storey and Patrick Connaughton Storey; and his sisters, Eileen Storey, Catherine (Dennis Buddemeyer) and Marion (David Biddle). He is also survived by his wife, children, sisters, brothers- and sisters-in-law, and fourteen nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dr. Thomas Storey Memorial Fund at the Mayor's Fund for Philadelphia. All donations will benefit the City of Philadelphia's Health Centers.
