We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2024, at the age of 69, Thomas Martin Moore of Havertown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Thomas Martin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas M. Moore, Jr. (Rachel) and Martin Moore; his grandsons, Logan and Jaxon; his sister Jean Francis Nally; and his nephew Joseph Nally.
