He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen M. Mack and John F. Mack; and his brother Jack Mack (Jackie). He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen Nevel (Ralph), Helen Naab (Joe), Mary DiSipio (Bill), Bob Mack (Kathleen), Dan Mack (Cathy) and Marty Mack (Phebe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers charitable donations in Thomas' name may be made to The Communities of Don Guanella Village, 20 East Cleveland Avenue, Norwood, PA 19074-1207.
