It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa A. Fortunato (Havertown, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 31, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John T. Fortunato; and her siblings, Peter Tracanna and Mary Villarose. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Gibson (John) and Donna Kennedy (late Jim); her grandsons, Steven, Jeffrey Gibson and Thomas Kennedy; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Tracanna, Dolores Roberto and Eugene Fortunato. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
