She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hand and Caroline Hand (Bell); and her brother William Hand. She is survived by: her husband Alexander R. Mercer; and her children, Holly Weiser, Robert Weiser (Laura) and Timothy Mercer. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
