He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Kenneth Miller and Millicent Miller; his daughter Wendy (Goh); and his sister Katherine Miller. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his son Michael Miller; his sons-in-law, Gary Kramer of Philadelphia and John Goh; his grandchildren, Michael Goh and Margaret Goh of Westleigh, Australia.; and his sisters, Julia Schrepper, Charlotte Gruosso and Elizabeth Gessner.
