It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Alexander Stafford of Havertown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 9, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Stafford; his parents, Charles I. Stafford and Minnie Stafford; and his son-in-law Martin Schearer. He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Leach (Michael), Wendy S. Young (Thomas, Jr.) and Susan S. Schearer; his grandchildren, Lauren S. Phillips, Rachael S. Phillips, Luke N. Leach and Matthew J. Leach; and his siblings, Gertie Hahn, Dorinda Shepherd and Falliss Stafford.
