It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Mancer Jr. (Havertown, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell C. Mancer and Jeanette Mancer. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Mancer; his children, Jenn (Vince), Krissy (Joe), Tom (Susana) and Matt (Steph); his sister Doreen Haugh; and his niece Kelli. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
