He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O'Neill and Marion O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Debora O'Neill (late R. Bruce Morrison), Brian O'Neill (Susan) and Karen Spohn (Peter); his grandchildren, Shannon Schriver (Robert), Patrick Morrison (Catherine), Casey Morrison (Brendan Smith), Thomas Spohn (Heaven) and Joseph Spohn; his great grandchildren, Roman, Gia, Shawn, Samuel, Nathan, Frances, Penelope and Tessa; and his siblings, Charles O'Neill, Hugh O'Neill and Marion Finegan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. O'Neill's name to Cardinal John Foley Regional Catholic School, 300 E. Eagle Road, Havertown, PA 19083.
