She was predeceased by: her husband John Perletta; her parents, Chiara Buoni and Flaviano Buoni; and her siblings, Norina Lelii, Fred Buoni, John Buoni and Anthony Buoni.
She is survived by: her children, Guerino "Jerry" (Donna), John (Lidia), Tina Perletta and Dewy Buoni; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Nicholas Perletta and Mia Barrera.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (105 Wilson Ave, Havertown, PA 19083). A Mass was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at the Ss Peter & Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
