He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mairs and Martha Mairs; and his sister Phyllis Mairs Scharf. He is survived by: his son Little League; his grandson Desmond Mairs; and his brother Thomas Mairs (Eileen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made in Phil's name to the American Cancer Society.
