He is survived by: his wife Cindy Nickel; his children, Kevin (Donna), Lori (Steven), Matthew, Kristin (Shawn) and Michael (Emma); his grandchildren, Brice, Pauley, Gabby, P. J., Joey, Norah and Wyatt; his great grandchild Nolan; and his sister Cathy Nickel.
