He was predeceased by: his spouse Elsie L. Orner; and his sibling Kay Geiger. He is survived by: his children, Paul L. Orner, Jr. (Amy), Harry Orner, Randy Orner (Julie) and Christopher Orner (Phuangthao Le); his grandchildren, Paul L. Orner, III, Kyle, Travis, Lindsay, Jake, Mary, Kira and Hannah Orner; his great grandchildren, Paul L. Orner, IV, Michaela, Taylor, Finn and Hudson Orner; his siblings, Marguerite Spina and Harriet Hayes; and his parents, Harry and Kathryn.
