With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia R. Lutz (Havertown, Pennsylvania), born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2018 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her siblings, Maureen Bullwinkle (Ken), Genevieve Ferriola (Dom), Jane Ellen Abbott (Bob) and James Lutz (Theresa). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
