“Dear Gill, I was saddened by the news today that Pam had passed away last week. I read the beautifully written tribute describing the life she led. I did not know her well but she and I enjoyed talking at BVD the past few years. We talked about being born in 1949 and our children. I walked out with her to the elevator as she was on the way to the ambulance to Paoli hospital. I am glad I sat with her again when she arrived back at BVD. I wish you and Christopher peace on the Christmas day.”
