She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Smith and Ruth Smith. She is survived by: her cousins, Patrick, Kathleen Pellecchia and Katie Pellecchia; her godchildren, Jenna Pellecchia, Justin Schopf, John Herzig and Gabriel Scott; and her aunt Dot. She is also survived by friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
