Johnson IV, Shannon Elizabeth Johnson and Lewis Johnson; his grandchildren, Elise Lauren, Derek Ryan and Chelsea Virginia; his siblings, Edward Rice Johnson, Byron Bingham Johnson and Gail Johnson of Virginia; and his niece Lacy Kastner.
