She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Deacon and Mary Deacon; and her husband Hugh Mensack. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Ellen Mensack) and Michelle Mensack (Shawn Franklin); and her grandchildren, Samantha Mensack, Joe (Sami Mensack) and John Mensack.
