She was predeceased by: her parents, John Busch and Mary Busch; her husband James W. Dempsey; her siblings, Anna McCoy, Francis Busch and Jack Busch; and her grandmother LaLa.

She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Dempsey, Tee Dempsey and Bob Dempsey (Sheila); her grandchildren, Colleen D'Elia (Steve), Katie Dempsey and Brian Dempsey (Julia); and her great grandchildren, Vivian Mary and Roman D'Elia.
